Pointe West ROC, Inc.

Pointe West is a community of 341 homes in Largo, FL,
located just five miles from the beautiful beaches of the
Gulf of Mexico. Our community is situated on the northwestern
section of scenic Lake Seminole, within walking distance
of shopping and good restaurants.
Our lakefront property
has a picnic area, boat ramp and private pier available
to all residents to enjoy fishing, watch splendid sunrises,
or just relax in the sun.
The Pointe West community has three active, well organized
associations to assist its residents. Each one is governed
by their own elected Officers and Board of Directors in
accordance with Florida statutes and laws.
